Art Wise – President
Mr. Wise is actively involved in the daily operation of Wise Communications. He prides himself in maintaining a highly detailed understanding of each of our customers and their needs at a granular level. His leadership, experience, enthusiasm, and continuous motivation ensure that Wise Communication and its customers see continued success.
Professional Experience
Art started his career in 2006 as a lineman for Comcast. His ability to quickly absorb industry knowledge allowed him to progress to an engineering role during his tenure. Art is well versed with the procedural methods of installation, maintenance and critical infrastructure associated with OSP/ISP, Data Centers, Central Office, Comm Hubs and FTTX deployments.
Sara Wise – Co-founder
Mrs. Wise understands strategic planning and has placed a strong emphasis on building and nurturing relationships. This unique approach has been a cornerstone to the success of Wise Communications, a company that is about its meaningful connections and integrity to the work.
Professional Experience
Before Sara began her endeavor of being a female business owner, she earned her Firefighting Certificate and served as a Volunteer Firefighter. Sara’s dedication to service is now displayed daily at Wise Communications as a key contributor to its operations.
Mark Labonte – Director of Construction Operations
Mr. Labonte brings over 30 years of leadership and experience to the Wise Communications Team. He assumes complete ownership of projects and understands the importance of communication with customers, throughout all stages. Our customers know that when Mark is overseeing their work, they can expect proper construction and timely closeouts. He is widely recognized and respected throughout the telecommunications community.
Professional Experience
Mark has served in roles ranging from an Installer Tech to various management positions like Head-in, Construction, Project, and Technical Operations. He joined the Wise Team as Director of Construction Operations in 2008 as has been a driving force in the growth of the company.
Anthoney Kugler – Director of Fiber/Coax
With over 16 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, Anthoney Kugler currently serves as the Director of Fiber/Coax. His career began as a Headend Technician, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure and technology.
Throughout his career, Anthoney has demonstrated a unique ability to inspire, motivate, and lead effective teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. His deep industry knowledge allows him to navigate complex challenges and implement strategic solutions that drive operational excellence.
Anthoney is dedicated to advancing the fiber and coax sectors, leveraging his expertise to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.
Dan Miller – Project Manager of MDU & FTTP Construction
Mr. Miller is an Army Veteran of 10 years and credits this for his lead from the front leadership style. He is respected by our construction teams and our customers alike. His management of Wise Communications MDU and FTTP Enterprise projects has ensured our customers deadlines have been met and that we are exceeding all their expectations.
Professional Experience
Dan began his career in the Telecom Industry in 2013 as an Installation Tech and was recognized for his professionalism, depth of knowledge, as well as his attention to detail, he quickly earned the responsibility of managing various aspects of the fiber optic network. He successfully manages both our in-house crews and our sub-contractors to ensure projects come in on time, and under budget.
Megan Bayless – Controller
In addition to Mrs. Bayless being co-owner of a carpentry business she brings her exceptional organization skills and strong ability to multi-task to managing the day-to-day administrative and accounting duties that comes with a high-volume construction company like Wise Communications.
Professional Experience
Megan began her career in the Oil & Gas Industry in 2011 assisting in operations and client support. She joined the Wise Communication team in 2018 and now oversees the various accounting methods and multiple closeout procedures associated with having a multi-customer base. Megan’s managing of the back-office responsibilities have allowed the construction team to focus on the objectives needed to deliver a quality product.
